Customer Service Representative

Staff Management Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:30AM - 5PM

Pay Rate:

• $25 - $40 / hour (Depends on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong computer skills to support day-to-day office and customer service operations. A background in supply chain or logistics is a plus, as this role involves handling customer inquiries, order processing, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Process orders and update customer records using internal systems.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to resolve order or shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform general office support duties, including filing, data entry, and assisting with reports.
• Use computer systems and tools efficiently to support customer service tasks.
• Help improve internal processes and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements:

• ?Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service or office support role required; supply chain or logistics experience is a plus.
