Quality Control Inspector

Staff Management Group is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our client in Somerset, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
• Monday - Friday

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for maintaining the quality policies for the job that the production lines are working on. The Quality Control Inspector manages all the batch forms for the projects, data entry, and other math- and writing-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assure that all Quality requirements are met as they relate to incoming material, in process material and finishing goods.
• Support the Quality Assurance processes, initiative, continuous improvement and customer fulfillment.
• Assist operations and Quality Management to ensure process control and product conformity is satisfied in accordance with established standard of procedures and policies.
• Report to the Supervisor of Quality. 

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Minimum of high school diploma 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience withing Quality Control/Manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills, team members that can work collaboratively with colleagues across all functions.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize personal workload. 
• Solid written/oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Safety, quality, productivity minded in all aspects of daily management.
• Advanced computer skills - proficient with office suite/ google equivalent applications, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
• Related Skills either in Pharmaceutical or food industry required.
