We have made some new decisions regarding pay for these positions. The pay for 2nd shift will be $12.00 per hour base plus the production incentive. So basket operators hired for 2nd shift will train on first shift at $11.00 hourly with no production incentive while in training and once they are placed on 2nd shift they will receive an increase to $12.00 and be eligible for production incentive which could be as high as an extra $8.00 per hour. I believe this will help in acquiring more qualified and competently skilled prospects.
