Essential Functions IT Support / TSA Property •Company website maintenance, design, and management. •Assume primary responsibility for social media content, including custom content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and etc. •Responsible for assisting in PeopleNet and TempWorks training and issue resolution. •Maintain company technology passwords (includes set up, termination, and password tracking) • Maintain internal employee contact list, phone extension tracking, voicemail set up. • Serve as contact liaison for technology vendors to include making calls, entering tickets, assisting vendor when at office, and resolving IT issues as they arise. • Responsible for tracking and maintaining company property and computer inventory to include new purchases, set up, issuing acknowledgement forms, and ensuring that all property is returned. •Responsible for resolving technology issues to include internet outages, phone outages, copier/fax machine issues, and ensuring that all computer issues are logged and resolved by IT Marketing and Recruitment •Oversee assigned marketing and recruitment teams to ensure that marketing and recruitment duties are complete. • Responsible for creating effective policies and procedures, new programs, and assisting in staff training and development. •Collaborate effectively with recruiters, management, and sales team to maintain updated sourcing priorities and flow of candidates and oversee recruitment goals. •Responsible for tracking and developing weekly recruitment plans and strategies. •Monitor weekly recruitment priorities and trends and post grammatically correct and well written job postings on job boards. •Work with recruitment team to maintain up-to-date and well written and grammatically correct campaigns and marketing pieces for email blitzes, job fairs, and other recruiting efforts. •Responsible for researching and purchasing recruitment tools, advertisements, and promotional items; Provide pricing quotes to management. •Responsible for maintaining Job Fair registrations and facilitate local attendance, calendar reminders, and prep for job fair displays. •Responsible for printing marketing documents, training binders, etc. •Assist Sales team with ad designs, marketing, and etc. • Various projects and duties as assigned by Operations Manager and/or other management as needed and/or directed Operations / Compliance •Responsible for creating, implementing, and ensuring metrics compliance for recruitment and onsite management. •Assist in completing projects in TSA Shares, People Net, and TempWorks to include system clean up, onboarding, compliance, audits, and facilitating new processes. •Responsible for assisting in training and development for staff. • Assist in creating SOP binders and employee training material. •Responsible for assisting in new customer transitions as requested. •Responsible for assisting as a back up for operations to include full cycle recruitment and onsite management. •responsible for compliance audit projects as directed by management. •Various projects and duties as assigned by management as needed to support the operations team. Performance Measurements Performance will be evaluated via the audit program, which is based on core competencies; 90-day review and annual review Education: High School Diploma two-year degree preferred in Marketing/Communication/PR two-year Customer Service experience, Data Entry, and or Office Administration Marketing, web design, advertising, public relations Skills / Abilities: Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Above average problem-solving abilities Well Organized Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills Above average proficiency in computer hardware and software
