Production

 Production - Decatur, MI

1st Shift, 6:00am-4:30pm, $17/hr.

3rd Shift, 8:00pm-6:00am, $18/hr.

Job Duties: 

• Associates will be required to work in various workstations/cells to complete varying tasks to include but not limited to prep/framework, foam insulation, work bench, painting, hardware installation, and customizations. 
• Associates will use hand and power tools to perform each task

Requirements: 

• Ability to lift and or move up to 25+-100lbs throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel.
• Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions.
• Must be able to read schematics, accurately measure, and have attention to detail.
• Ideal experience would include construction background and basic use of hand tools.
