Job Title: CNC Machine Operator/Set Up

Shift: 4:30pm-2am, M-F

Leading technology-based precision machining company focused on serving niche manufacturers and the world's leading OEMs in the industrial .Supervises daily operations in a metal machine shop, overseeing staff and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met, Set up machines, diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, and performing minor repairs to reduce downtime. Trains employees on machine operation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and personnel in a metal machine shop

• Set up machines, perform diagnostics, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime

• Train staff on machine operation safety procedures and quality control practices

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in a machine shop or similar metalworking

• Strong mechanical skills, with the ability to set up, diagnose and perform minor repairs on saws and related equipment

• Knowledge of tooling, die work, and ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements

• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills

This is a Full-Time position with a pay rate between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour
