This is an entry level position that offers upward mobility. Ideal candidate will have good hand eye coordination and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Shift:
Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm
Pay:
$14.50 an hour to start
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Fully competent in all special processing, marking and bagging processes

Be able to pull parts for work orders

Understand how to issue and receive parts in QAD
-
Ensure a safe work environment by modeling safe work practices above all other requirements

Participate in and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by offering opportunities and ideas for quality and efficiency improvement

Maintain a focus on high quality workmanship and practices at all times
-
Maintain an appropriate level of productivity without compromising safety or quality

Communicate recommendations for improvement using appropriate tools [Non-Conforming Product (NCR), Production Change Requests (PCR)

Ensure daily work is carried out in a clean and organized environment with a strong emphasis on 5S habits.
