This position requires you to be motivated by productivity incentives, helping your fellow teammates, and being consistent for the team including attendance. Be ready to work hard and have a finished product to appreciate at the end of the day, only to reset and restart the next day. This position is not customer facing and focused on efficiency and quality.

using tools/tape measure/power tools

moving and stacking oblong and odd shaped structures with a teammate

Taking training tips and feedback in a positive way and focusing on self improvement when developing new skills

Inspect Trusses for defects

inform others about what is expected and what issues are occurring

earn incentives based on speed

Learn to operate machines

Will be required to lift up to 50 lbs, wear a hat, steel toe boots, and dress in layers
