Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $50-$65/hr
About the job:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead full lifecycle construction projects—from initial scoping through close-out—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company procedures and legal regulations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, engineers, and stakeholders while supporting the PMO with documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
We're looking for someone who:

Has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field

Brings at least 2 years of relevant experience (or 5 years of overall professional experience)

Has proven experience managing projects through full life cycles

Understands project management tools, methodologies, and compliance protocols

Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

Can work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to change

(Preferred) Holds a PMP certification
-
(Preferred) Is proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, Bluebeam, and CAD
What you’ll do:

Define project scope, objectives, and resource needs

Build detailed budgets and schedules; track costs and timelines

Lead and coordinate construction projects from kickoff to close-out
-
Maintain project documentation and reporting in alignment with PMO standards
-
Provide clear communication to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
-
Identify and manage risks related to scheduling, cost, or safety
-
Manage vendor contracts and oversee procurement coordination
-
Prepare project charters, business cases, and close-out packages
-
Submit and process invoices, purchase requests, and related documentation
-
Recommend process improvements to streamline project delivery
