Pay: $19-$22/hr

About the job:
Packagers are responsible for performing hands-on packaging duties in a warehouse production environment. This includes labeling, boxing, and preparing products for shipment while following established procedures and maintaining safety standards.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a high school graduate (college preferred)

• Has at least 2 years of experience in a packaging, production, or warehouse role

• Has good communication skills and can follow verbal and written instructions

• Is dependable, punctual, and works well in a team

• Can read, count accurately, and perform basic math

• Has experience using pallet jacks (preferred)

• Can lift up to 15 lbs. (more with assistance)

• Practices safe work habits and maintains a clean work environment

What you'll do:

• Attend and complete on-the-job training (OJT) for packaging equipment

• Perform general packaging duties including labeling, bagging, capping, boxing, and palletizing

• Read and follow Packaging Process Specifications (PPS) for each task

• Load and move materials using a hand truck or pallet jack as needed

• Maintain accurate handling of materials and follow proper shipping procedures

• Support other tasks and duties as directed by management

• Comply with all safety and cleanliness protocols in the work area
