Job Title: Facilities and Safety Coordinator
Location: Hollister, CA
Pay: $58,250 - $72,250

About the job:
As the Facilities and Safety Coordinator, you’ll help maintain a safe, well-functioning environment across greenhouses, fields, and office spaces. You’ll be the go-to for safety protocols, facility upkeep, and farming support when needed—all in a role where hands-on problem-solving and sustainability go hand in hand.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a related field preferred)

• Has at least 2 years of experience in facilities or safety, ideally in agriculture or industrial settings

• Holds a valid CA driver’s license

• Has knowledge of OSHA and environmental safety standards

• Is a proactive, hands-on problem-solver with strong communication skills

• Is bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

• Can obtain a pesticide handling certification if not already held

What you’ll do:

• Maintain buildings, greenhouses, irrigation, and field infrastructure

• Handle repairs and coordinate with vendors/contractors

• Lead safety trainings, inspections, drills, and regulatory compliance

• Manage fleet safety, hazardous materials, and emergency protocols

• Support field and greenhouse operations as needed (transplanting, maintenance, quality control)
