Cable Assembler

Job Title: Cable Assembler
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay: $17.50–$22/hr

About the job:
As a Cable Assembler, you’ll be hands-on with precision assembly work—cutting, crimping, soldering, and wiring cables for electronics. You’ll work with layout boards and SOPs to make sure everything is built to spec, and you'll rotate into other production areas as needed. If you're comfortable with hand tools and can follow technical instructions, this could be a great fit.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ year of experience soldering and crimping in electronics

• Can read and interpret SOPs, drawings, and IPC-620 standards

• Has strong communication skills and can follow detailed instructions

• Can distinguish wire colors and read small print

• Can lift up to 30 lbs

What you'll do:

• Assemble cable components by cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing wires

• Solder using RoHS compliant materials

• Follow work instructions and layout boards for proper wiring

• Use hand tools safely and accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Support other areas of production as needed
