Job Title: Touch Up Operator
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $21–$25/hr
About the job:
As a Touch Up Operator, you’ll be responsible for performing precision soldering and final quality checks on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role requires a sharp eye for detail and steady hands to ensure all boards meet quality standards.
We're looking for someone who:

Has a high school diploma or equivalent

Has experience with PCB or mechanical assembly (preferred but not required)

Pays close attention to detail and can follow written and verbal instructions

Understands basic hand tools and soldering equipment
What you'll do:

Set and adjust solder station temperatures based on component size and type

Perform hand-soldering of second operation components onto PCBs
-
Inspect solder joints for quality issues such as pinholes, solder bridges, and top solder integrity

Clean and prepare boards for final use
