Job Title: Crop Care Coordinator
Location: Salinas, CA
Pay: $20/hr

About the job:
The Crop Care Coordinator supports daily crop care operations by entering spray jobs, managing billing data, and assisting PCAs with administrative needs. This role involves data entry, customer interaction, and close coordination with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent

• Is bilingual in English and Spanish

• Has strong attention to detail and note-taking skills

• Can manage distractions and changing priorities

• Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Has experience with 10-key and basic accounting practices

• Brings a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

• Is willing to ask questions and seek guidance when needed

• Can work in a fast-paced environment

• (Bonus) Has experience with Famous Software and CDMS

What you'll do:

• Enter spray jobs and create job/chemical lists in Excel for drivers

• Prepare billing, invoicing, and recommendations

• Input billing data into accounting software

• Review and generate reports

• Resolve customer issues and respond to requests

• File AR documents and answer phones

• Work directly with PCAs and assist with county reporting
