About the job:

The Hotel Front Desk role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, students, and faculty while managing reservations, check-ins, billing, and general administrative tasks. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

 

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, academic, or facilities industries

  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Is proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Has excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally

  • Is flexible with scheduling, as shifts may change every two weeks

  • Can work holidays as needed

 

 

What you'll do:

  • Assist guests, students, and faculty with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries

  • Process reservations, handle billing, and maintain accurate records

  • Ensure the safety and security of residents by following protocols

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Address routine maintenance and service requests, escalating complex issues when necessary

  • Support office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and audits

  • Engage with executive program guests and vendors to ensure smooth operations
