About the job:
The Hotel Front Desk role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, students, and faculty while managing reservations, check-ins, billing, and general administrative tasks. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, academic, or facilities industries

Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

Is proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Has excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally

Is flexible with scheduling, as shifts may change every two weeks

Can work holidays as needed
What you'll do:

Assist guests, students, and faculty with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries

Process reservations, handle billing, and maintain accurate records

Ensure the safety and security of residents by following protocols

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Address routine maintenance and service requests, escalating complex issues when necessary

Support office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and audits

Engage with executive program guests and vendors to ensure smooth operations
