Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: Up to $56/hr

About the job:
The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR guidance across leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion. This role will collaborate with senior leaders to drive people strategies that align with business objectives and support company growth.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology environment
  

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
  

• Has strong business acumen and deep expertise in multiple HR disciplines
  

• Can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  

• Is data-driven, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into strategic action
  

• Has experience in handling mergers, acquisitions, and change management initiatives (preferred)
  

• Demonstrates expertise in employment laws and best practices in HR compliance
  

• Is a strong leader and communicator with a passion for creating an inclusive and engaged workforce
  

What you'll do:

• Provide strategic HR support across leadership, talent management, and workforce planning
  

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives
  

• Lead talent development initiatives, including coaching, career growth, and succession planning
  

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions
  

• Support change management efforts, including mergers and acquisitions when applicable
  

• Advise on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
  

• Design organizational structures to support business growth and operational efficiency
  

• Collaborate with HR teams to implement programs related to benefits, culture, and engagement
  

• Leverage HR tools and systems (Workday, Culture Amp, HR Acuity) to enhance HR operations
  

• Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns professionally and objectively
