Shift: Day (6:45am-3:15pm) Swing (6:45pm-12:15am)

About the job:

The Manufacturing Tech I is responsible for performing set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies, ensuring all systems meet specifications and quality standards.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 6 months of experience testing devices

• Has strong attention to detail

• Has good written and verbal communication skills

What you'll do:

• Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies

• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems

• Perform the set-up and testing of more complex systems and mechanical assemblies

• Follow test process instructions (TPI)

• Determine test specifications, methods, and procedures from the statement of work (SOW)

• Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems

• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems

• Perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels, and crating
