Manufacturing Operator (Day & Swing Shift)

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay: $21.50-$23/hour
Shift: Day shift (6:45am-3:15pm) ; Swing shift (3:45pm-12:15am)

About the job:

The Manufacturing Operator supports various production departments to ensure products move safely and efficiently through all stages of production. This role involves assembling complex components and sub-assemblies, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality product handling.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma

• Has 1-2 years of experience using hand tools and assembling computer equipment

• Can lift up to 50 pounds

• Is detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately

What you'll do:

• Follow procedural instructions to unpack, prepare, and install components

• Assemble complex components, sub-assemblies, and products using hand tools or power screwdrivers

• Use a cable labeling machine to identify and cable according to rack specifications

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines

• Package and move finished servers and racks
