IT Systems Analyst II


Location: Greater Seattle Area (On-site with our nonprofit client)
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time | Direct Hire | Non-exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST
Reports to: Director of Information Technology

What You’ll Do

  1. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across Windows and Mac environments.
  2. System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure smooth daily operations.
  3. Network & Infrastructure: Troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist with LAN/WAN maintenance, and support data center equipment setup.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT staff and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  5. Training & Documentation: Train staff on IT tools and best practices, and create clear, user-friendly documentation.
  6. Project Support: Recommend system upgrades, assist with procurement, and contribute to IT initiatives that support the nonprofit’s mission.

What You Bring

  1. Proficiency in Windows 7/10, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
  2. Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and System Center Suite.
  3. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  4. Excellent time management, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  5. A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Associate’s degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent experience (4–6 years) in end-user support accepted.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in desktop support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and Active Directory.
  3. Preferred Certifications:
    1. ITIL Foundation  
    2. CompTIA A+  
    3. CompTIA Network+
