IT Systems Analyst II
Location: Greater Seattle Area (On-site with our nonprofit client)
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time | Direct Hire | Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST

What You’ll Do
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices across Windows and Mac environments.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Network & Infrastructure: Troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist with LAN/WAN maintenance, and support data center equipment setup.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT staff and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Training & Documentation: Train staff on IT tools and best practices, and create clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Project Support: Recommend system upgrades, assist with procurement, and contribute to IT initiatives that support the nonprofit’s mission.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Windows 7/10, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and System Center Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent experience (4–6 years) in end-user support accepted.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in desktop support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and Active Directory.
- Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
