Disassemble and reassemble production filling equipment as directed/trained using hand tools. · Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and safe at all times. · Follow instructions and SOP’s in the cleaning and sanitizing of all production equipment. · Use only company approved cleaning chemicals per manufacturer’s and company’s guidelines. · Set up production lines for specific products as directed per production schedule · Connect product tanks with production supply lines by hand. · Perform daily and other cleaning assignments as scheduled by supervision to maintain overall plant cleanliness. · Performs some minor maintenance on equipment (pumps, tanks, hoses, filling hoppers) during cleaning process to maintain integrity and performance of equipment during production processes. · Keep accurate records of all cleanings performed. · Keep Sanitation Supervisor informed of any/all unsanitary practices that are observed or may occur at the plant. · May perform other duties as required. · Works cooperatively with co-workers and other departments. · Maintains punctuality and attendance at work. · Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
