? Conducts daily collection calls to delinquent accounts; practices top-notch customer service when communicating with valued clients.
? Handles customer service questions and issues, via phone and email.
? Processes contract refinance/extension challenges.
? Skips tracing accounts to locate customers.
? Responds to customer inquiries on delinquency notices.
? Investigates billing problems.
? Participates in office and departmental meetings.
? Works a standard schedule with some flexibility. Occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
? Basic collections experience in an environment that has a high-volume of calls.
? Basic PC knowledge including Microsoft Office.
? Consumer Collections experience preferred.
