Facility Maintenance

Position: Facility Maintenance

Schedule: Monday - Friday morning shift

Pay rate: $18 - $20 per hour (Depends on Experience)

Location: Houston, Tx 77073

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean facility
• Perform minor carpentry and general repair work.
• Clean internal areas of buildings, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and dusting.
• Maintain grass and weed control on the organization's property.
• Receive and execute written or verbal work orders from the supervisor.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
