DESCRIPTION: Mission: To utilize coaching and inspirational skills to bring out maximum potential within each employee on the production floor. Goal: To create an enjoyable work environment while adhering to the demands of the customer by: 1. Understanding the customer’s needs 2. Working with production manager to ensure ship dates are met 3. Keeping pride levels high and making production personnel feel part of the Team 4. Taking pride in every task within a project RESPONSIBILITES: To ensure work pace meets manufacturing schedule To report the need for job supplies to the production manager To report the need for tools to the production manager To enforce safety policies and procedures To work closely with wiring technicians and provide hands on assistance at all times To help in assembly at all times To ensure finished product is tested and packaged by scheduled ship date To make recommendations for process improvements To assist/train wiring technicians To perform/assist with final testing To ensure a clean and orderly shop JOB REQUIREMENTS: Required Qualifications: High School Diploma Minimum of 3 years experience in Electrical Manufacturing Advanced understanding of Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams Leadership and coaching characteristics Experience with UL508A Moderate to advanced computer skills Must work well with others on any level and show respect at all times Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree Electrical controls field service background VFD knowledge and programming experience PLC knowledge and programming experience SCADA Knowledge and programming experience Wireless telemetry knowledge and programming experience Control Manufactures training credentials
