Job Summary: The Inventory Control Clerk will maintain correct inventory levels to reduce any inventory loses. You will accomplish this by overseeing and inspecting inventory, managing deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and performing inspection as needed to audit warehouse procedures are working correctly.
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Execute a comprehensive cycle count program schedule
• Analyze inventory processes and investigate problems
• Resolve and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions
• Assist with purchasing and vendor management
• Perform other duties as needed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Have the knowledge and understanding to work with computer inventory programs and Office Suite software
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures
• Possesses good analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet set targets and deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Operate industrial powered equipment such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, & Forklift
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, kneel, and able to perform physical activity on a daily basis.
