Job description:
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience performing the following tasks: fabricating and installing threaded piping, rigid conduit, instrument/hydraulic tubing, wiring/terminating junction boxes per engineered documents, and performing general assembly to print.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble equipment in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Test, diagnose, and refurbish existing product to safety standards.
- Operate a Pallet Jack to maneuver parts and equipment in and around manufacturing facility.
- Reads, interprets, and works from engineering documents including but not limited to electrical wiring diagrams, P&ID's, and general assembly drawings.
- Verifies the accuracy of parts pulled for work tickets to ensure that all necessary parts are accounted for; and informs supervisor of any shortages needed for completion.
- Work in a small close-knit team to collaborate and improve manufacturing efficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of and experience with hand tools (must be able to accurately utilize a tape measure), and power tools such as 535 pipe threading machine, bandsaws, pneumatic tools, and battery powered drills/impacts.
- Demonstrable ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical diagrams, P&ID's, and other supplemental documentation.
- Ability to perform work accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced high complexity manufacturing facility.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work required overtime and weekends when needed with short notice.
- Ability to operate forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
