Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Description:

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in our operations while supporting the lead team in driving production and maintaining warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Assist in daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production standards and schedules.
• Warehouse Operations: Help with warehouse organization, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Quality Control: Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing scrap.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Training: Participate in training and cross-training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Documentation: Assist in keeping accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production and warehouse activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and support the production/warehouse lead in daily tasks and operations.
• Process Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Previous warehouse or production experience (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and production processes.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to engage in physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Skills:
  • Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
