Managing associates that work on 2nd shift in the Vidalia area:
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians
Coordinate scheduling, routing, and logistics for daily operations
Perform quality checks and client follow-ups to ensure top-tier service
Train and mentor staff to meet company standards
Communicate with clients and resolve concerns with professionalism
Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
Step into the field as needed—especially during the first phase of the role—to fully understand team processes, help with training, and ensure operational flow
Handle last-minute changes or client requests with flexibility and problem-solving skills
Field Work Requirement:
During your first 60–90 days, you will spend time in the field actively cleaning, training team members, and getting hands-on with the operation. We believe the best managers understand every layer of the business. After this training phase, fieldwork will still be required on occasion to support the team and lead by example.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership or management experience (cleaning, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
A hands-on leader who is not afraid to get involved in day-to-day operations
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to stand, squat, lift up to 25 lbs, and assist in cleaning when needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
