As the Customer Project Manager, you’ll be a key part of ensuring that every project runs smoothly, meeting customer expectations and internal goals. What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, providing precise and accurate project quotations based on technical specifications and budget.

• Leading Projects: Create and drive project plans from the discovery phase through to delivery, working in tandem with engineering and production teams to meet timelines.

• Innovative Solutions: Perform research on materials and suppliers to craft new quotes that not only meet customer needs but offer creative, cost-effective solutions.

• Customer Communication: Follow up with clients and modify quotes as needed. Assist customers in solving challenges and adapting to changes during the project lifecycle.

• Project Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans, ensuring project feasibility, timelines, and resources align with goals.

  • Analyze and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and sketches to develop detailed specifications and ensure manufacturability.

  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution, making sure everyone’s on the same page.

  • Work with the team to evaluate the need for equipment, tools, and resources, ensuring nothing slows down progress.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: You have 5-7 years in a similar role, ideally in custom manufacturing or construction, and know the ins and outs of project management, quoting, and customer service.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems, CAD software, and blueprint interpretation is key to your success. You’re comfortable working with technical tools and software.

• Problem-Solving: You bring strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically to solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Communication: You’re a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external clients.

• Organization: You can juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while ensuring high-quality results across the board.

• Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience is your most valuable asset here, and you’ve got plenty of it.
