Professional Land Surveyor Opportunities
Location: Winnebago County
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 (Based on Role and Experience)
Seeking two experienced Professional Land Surveyors to fill key roles on a growing team:

Surveyor / Lead ($80K–$85K) – Oversee staff, manage projects, and perform surveying tasks..

Field & Mapping Surveyor ($70K–$75K) – Independently handle field work and mapping for land and construction survey projects.
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct field surveys and construction staking
-
Develop maps and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software
-
Operate GPS and robotic total station equipment
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
-
Support budgeting, project tracking, and limited billing tasks
-
Work in various weather and conditions
Qualifications:
-
AS or BS Degree in Land Surveying or related field
-
4+ years of professional experience
-
Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
