In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, wiring, and preparing top-quality equipment for shipping, all while ensuring projects meet tight deadlines. Position – Electrical Assembly

Job Location – Randolph, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $19-20 per hour

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll be at the heart of the production process, performing a range of essential tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Installing and wiring both power and control circuits, wireways, and cable trays for our equipment.
• Assembling control panels, cabinets, and push button consoles.
• Performing multi-phase and control circuit wiring.
• Interpreting electrical schematics, machine drawings, and bills of materials to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to get the job done.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensuring all work meets customer, Busse, and industry specifications (NEC, CSA, UL).
• Supporting department tasks to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications 

• The ability to read and interpret technical documents like schematics and machine drawings.
• Strong general wiring skills, including knowledge of PLCs.
• Proficiency with basic math and geometry.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience with email and spreadsheets.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A commitment to quality and safety.
