Job Title:
Food Service Worker / Counter Associate
Step into a lively role as a Food Service Worker / Counter Associate at Erbert & Gerbert’s on the UW Eau Claire campus. This position is ideal for individuals who are energized by customer-facing work, excel in fast-paced environments, and value a team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service at the counter, taking orders and answering guest questions with a friendly attitude.

Assemble and serve sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation and service area.

Restock supplies and help keep workstations tidy throughout the shift.

Adhere to all food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient, high-quality customer experiences during busy periods.
Desired Qualities:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to handle high-volume periods.

Reliability, presentable appearance, and adherence to the required uniform (black collared shirt, black pants, slip-resistant shoes).

Basic computer competency is a plus.
No prior food service experience or formal education is required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and a referral bonus program.
Pay:
$16.50 per hour
Location:
Eau Claire, WI
Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-time, temporary (approximately 3 months, until end of school year)
