Position – Soldering Assembler
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – Choice of 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday or 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday
Starting Pay – $19 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Experience with IPC-620 standards required
Perform hands-on assembly of electrical components following IPC-620 standards. This position involves crimping, soldering, and cable routing in a clean, structured environment. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with experience in electrical assembly or related technical work.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and solder electrical components according to IPC-620 standards
- Crimp open and closed barrel terminals and attach coax connectors
- Perform solder sleeves, splices, and daisy chains with precision
- Route cables following bend radius and wire dressing best practices
- Conduct self-inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use torque tools and set them accurately as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with IPC-620 standards
- Proficient in soldering, crimping, and using solder sleeves and splices
- Familiarity with coax connectors (BNC, Virginia Panel, Mac Panel)
- Ability to perform self-inspections and recognize defects
- Skilled in reading and following technical drawings and work instructions
- Understanding of torque tools and cable routing best practices
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Mechanical or electrical subassembly experience preferred
