Position – CNC Machinist I
Job Location – Hartford, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Third Shift) – 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $30-40 per hour, $62,400-$83,200 Annual Salary

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience
Under the direction of the Foreman, your primary responsibility is to produce machined plastic injection molds through the programming and operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines, manual mills, and lathes. This position utilizes time management skills to ensure that jobs are manufactured per the Production Schedule in a manner that is safe, efficient, productive, and of acceptable quality.
This position is secondarily responsible for keeping records and collaborating with others to optimize the manufacturing and design-for-manufacturing processes.
Duties and Functions
-Load/Unload Parts from Machining Center
-Start, stop, operate, and monitor machine center
-Collabarate with other Machinists and Toolmakers
***Ability to Program, a major plus
Qualifications
-HS Diploma or Equivalent
-3 Years of any combination or work experience, OJT, or apprentice
