Production Team Member

Position – Production Team Member

Job Location – Cadott, WI

Starting Dates – Immediately
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday)

Starting Pay – $19.00 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED required

Required Experience – Machine operator or plastic experience preferred, Extrusion experience a bonus.

Employees will be completing Setup, Operation, Tear Down, and Cleaning while working in this Plastic Extrusion manufacturing facility. This will included working with Project Managers and Technicians and a variety of record keeping tasks such as tracking operational data, quality, line issues, and more.

Responsibilities

• Capable of reading and interpreting prints, including part dimensions, fabrication specifications, tolerances, and packaging guidelines

• Skilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, check fixtures, and various hand tools

• Perform equipment shutdown, disassembly, and thorough cleaning to prepare for subsequent production runs

• Sort and organize materials for the reclaiming process

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Demonstrates reliability and a strong record of attendance

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

• Previous experience with plastic extrusion is a plus, but not required

• Prior work in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatory
