Position – Paint Line Helper
Job Location – Fall River, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience $17-$18/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Paint Helpers are primarily responsible for kitting, loading, unloading and packaging parts from the paint line. This person may identify quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Confirm job order and material selections. Report any packaging shortages.
- Tape and mask parts as required for coating.
- Use correct hangers to hang parts correctly on conveyer. Hang parts uniform for cleaning and powder painting.
- Assist with assembly on line as needed.
Qualifications
- High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from is accredited institution.
- Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task.
