Position – Panel Assembly

Job Location – Eau Claire, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-hire for the right employee!

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 7 am - 3:30 pm or Mon - Thu 6 am - 4:30 pm or 7 am - 5:30 pm)

Starting Pay – $19/Hour ($1 increase after hired on)

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Manufacturing experience preferred, Assembly experience highly preferred

We are seeking assemblers to join our team immediately for a temporary position lasting the next 30-45 days. The ideal candidates must be extremely reliable, able to stay focused, and while prior assembly experience is a plus, it is not required as training will be provided. This role involves following detailed step-by-step instructions and guidance from team leads to assemble small parts and simple electrical control panels. Tasks include working with basic hand tools, reading and following a step-by-step instruction manual, and performing repetitive work at adjustable workstations that allow you to sit or stand as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, safety, and quality in their work while collaborating with a team to meet production goals.

The position is in a climate-controlled environment, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and voluntary overtime available. The pay rate starts at $19 per hour, with the possibility of $20 per hour for the right candidate. Attendance and reliability are critical, as we value team members who can contribute consistently. While this is a temporary role, we often invite top-performing temporary hires to join our company permanently, as demonstrated by several team members who have advanced to leadership roles. Responsibilities

•   Perform assembly and wiring of electrical systems by following step-by-step instructions.

•   Use various hand tools, power tools, and wiring tools (e.g., wire cutters, crimpers, strippers) safely and efficiently.

•   Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to workplace safety protocols.

•   Complete work orders within specified timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  

Qualifications 

•   Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

•   Previous assembly experience preferred

•   High School Diploma or GED required
