POSITION – CNC Plasma Table Operator

JOB LOCATION – Osseo, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7am-4pm, Mon-Fri)

STARTING PAY – $24-26/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – degree in mechanical or machine tool highly desired
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – must have experience with Nesting, Grinding, Welding and Plasma Tables.

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Osseo, WI. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC plasma table, reading technical drawings, and ensuring that the components used in our massive industrial mixer machines meet precise specifications. The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on experience and up-to-date knowledge of modern software and processes. Recent technical training is a plus, but candidates must have practical, real-world work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a CNC plasma table including loading/unloading material and selecting proper gases and cutting tips

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy of cuts

• Perform quality checks to confirm parts meet specifications

• Identify defective products and follow proper procedures for resolution

• Monitor machine performance, conduct simple repairs, and request maintenance as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficiency and safety

• Use a forklift to move materials as needed

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with CNC plasma cutting machines required

• Practical exposure to Nesting, Grinding, and Welding processes

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic math calculations

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently

• Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Osseo manufacturing facility

• Recent technical education preferred; no entry-level candidates
