Position – CSM Technician
Job Location – North Prairie, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20 to $23 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience – At least 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Perform diversified assembly and erection operations to assemble for all types of water pumping stations, enclosures, and component sub-assemblies
- Perform fabrication, cutting, grinding, sanding, and bonding of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) components
- Perform sandblasting and paint prep operations for various components
- Perform welding of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic by hand and with a Hydraulic Fusion machine
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience
- HS Diploma/GED
- Excellent math skills and ability to read blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
