Shifts & Pay:
- 2nd Shift: 2:40 PM – 11:00 PM | $48,880 annually ($23.50/hour)
- 3rd Shift: 10:40 PM – 7:00 AM | $49,920 annually ($24.00/hour)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion machinery and monitor production lines to ensure efficient output
- Package finished parts according to specifications and quality standards
- Perform and record routine quality checks to ensure part accuracy and consistency
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate effectively with team members and respond to direction from Team Leads
- Assist in other departments as needed based on production needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic math skills and effective communication in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and work on concrete flooring for extended periods
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools such as calipers and digital rulers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Positive attitude and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
