Position – Customer Support Representative

Job Location – Chippewa County

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  Days (8:00am – 4:30pm, M-F)

Starting Pay – $20/hour DOE

Required Education – HS Diploma or equivalent required

Required Experience – Proven experience as a Manager over HR and Accounting duties

 

Responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, including financial reporting, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Manages core human resources operations such as policy administration, employee relations, and benefits coordination. Plays a key role in supporting organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance across both finance and HR.

 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding and relaying their instructions to facilitate the production of custom-manufactured products
• Generate and send customer quotes
• Process incoming orders, manage and escalate any concerns, and ensure changes are made to address customers’ issues
• Provide support to sales initiatives
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic understanding of business math principles for quoting and estimating
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated approach
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment
• Dependable attendance record

 

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility
• Experience in cold calling and maintaining established accounts
• Familiarity with manufacturing steps and processes
• Proven ability to detail complex custom jobs with multiple unique components and pieces
