    POSITION – Quality Control / Assembler

    JOB LOCATION – Richfield, WI

    STARTING DATE – ASAP

    EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

    WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6am to 2:30pm)

    STARTING PAY – $20.00-25.00 Dollars based on experience

    BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

    REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum of 5 years related experience (electrical and mechanical) as well as a strong background in Quality Control

     

    -Overseeing the assembly line, learning each of the stations before going through a final inspection

    -Heavy attention to detail with a focus on quality

    -Quality Control Background Required

     

    Qualifications

    - High school diploma/equivalent

    - Ability to follow written instructions and basic diagrams

    - Manual dexterity required
