Position – Production Packing & Bagging
Job Location – Durand, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6am–2pm, M-F)
Starting Pay – $18/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – None, but prior manual labor work preferred
Key duties include performing packaging and bagging operations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality products while adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure compliance with sanitation codes.
- Perform packaging and bagging operations efficiently and accurately.
- Report maintenance needs or equipment issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs. frequently and consistently
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Good personal hygiene and adherence to company sanitation standards.
