Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Minnetonka, MN; on-site training for 3-4 weeks and then remote.
Hours: 30 hours minimum per week, flexible hours from 7am to 6pm
Pay: $16.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses based on performance.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the business development process by reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to introduce company products or services
· Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system
· Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with decision-makers
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Experience in a sales support, telemarketing, or customer service role preferred
· Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
· High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related training is a plus
