Utility Worker

Job Title: Plant Utility Worker – 2nd Shift

Location: Rosemount, MN

Pay: $19–$21 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plant Utility Worker to join our team for the 2nd shift at our Rosemount, MN location. This is an entry-level position that supports plant operations through general cleaning, organizing, and assisting with daily tasks. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in a hands-on, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and organizing inside the plant and shop areas
• Cleaning around plant grounds and mobile equipment
• Assisting Operators or Mechanics as needed
• Supporting the receiving dock with material processing
• Performing other duties based on skills and capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a forklift or other mobile equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, 2nd shift role (Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Pay range is $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime may be available depending on business needs
