POSITION – Maintenance Tech
JOB LOCATION – Cudahy, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift , 7am-3pm
STARTING PAY – $18-$20
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1+ years
Responsibilities
• Perform Diversified Duties to Install, Troubleshoot, Repair, and Maintain Production/Facility Equipment
• Follow all Health and Safety Guidelines by Doing Both Predictive and Productive Maintenance on Production/Facility Equipment
• Make Sure Production Continues to Deliver Maximum Output at the Highest Quality
• Provide Emergency/Unscheduled Repairs During Production
• Perform Scheduled Maintenance Repairs of Production/Facility Equipment
• Perform Mechanic Skills Including, But not Limited to, Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Troubleshooting, and Repair of Production Machines
• Diagnose Problems, Replace or Repair Parts, Test and Make Adjustments
Ability to learn and apply the following technical skills is needed to successfully complete the requirements of this position:
• Practical mind and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Proven experience as a level I Maintenance Tech or similar role
• Must have technical capacity and the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
• Results driven and show initiative
• Good verbal and written communication skills
