Position – Production Helper
Job Location – Fall River, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $17-$19 (+$2/hr 3rd Shift Premium)

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience
The primary responsible for unloading parts from machine, grinding and finishing metal parts, sorting and counting order quantities.
Responsibilities
-
Unload parts on the Gemini machine.
-
Grind and finish metal parts.
-
Sort and count order quantities.
-
Data entry and basic computer functions.
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and transport product and materials short distances.

Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job.

Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team environment.
-
Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in an environment with metal and sharp objects.

Must have strong metal grinding, forming and basic fabrication background.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure online manuals.
