Our client in Portage County is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join their team and play a vital role in their daily operations. Position – Dispatcher

Job Location – Amherst, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $17 to $22/hr

Required Experience – At least 1-2 years of experience is needed

Responsibilities

- Receive and process service requests, calls, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.

- Dispatch personnel, vehicles or resources to appropriate locations based on priority and availability.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, communications and service updates

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a calm and efficient manner.

Qualifications 

- Proven experience in a dispatching role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
