Pay: $16.00 per hour during the temp to hire period

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on a multi-station assembly line with a team

• Assemble small brake parts using screws and springs

• Use hand tools to complete tasks

• Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure accuracy

• Maintain consistent pace in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

• Ability to use hand tools

• Experience reading blueprints is preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

• Able to work with small mechanical parts
