POSITION – Extrusion Operator
JOB LOCATION – Osceola, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to- Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) Monday - Friday
STARTING PAY – $17.50 per hour
ED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing, mechanical and computer
Work within a production environment using a variety of plastic materials, safely operate equipment to perform set-up, and operation of extrusion machines to extrude molten plastic.
Responsibilities
- Accurately set up, operate, and troubleshoot conductor extrusion process
- Follow production schedules
- Follow processes and correct errors to eliminate scrap and down time
Qualifications
- Problem solving and basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and compute skills
- Manufacturing experience
