Position – Robotic Welding Cell Operator

Job Location – Germantown, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-To-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st & 2nd Shifts

Starting Pay – $17-24/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Minimum 3 years robotic welding experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Operate robotic welding equipment.

- Read shop orders and engineering drawings to determine specifications and accurately complete all required functions.

- Safely apply welds per specifications to produce completed product.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years robotic welding experience is required.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
